Health & Safety Plan

We are following CDC, city, and state guidelines for COVID-19 including:

Ateema Media & Marketing has partnered with Safe Expo to create and execute a health & safety plan that starts from the day you register through days after the event. Through our partnership we will be asking the standard CDC questionnaire related to COVID-19 symptoms before you arrive, we will be taking temperatures of every participant on their way into the event, and we will follow all current event guidelines.

We've secured a larger venue with ample space for social distancing and will be utilizing indoor/outdoor space. We will be using 3 rooms including the Aon Grand Ballroom and adjoining spaces with a collective capacity of over 11,000 people. With our limited number of exhibitors and attendee tickets this year, our event will be under 15% of the entire venue's capacity

Navy Pier recently received their GBAC Star Accreditation issued by the Global Biorisk Advisory Council, a prestigious designation that proves that Navy Pier, its staff, and cleaning crews are maintaining clean standards for COVID-19 health and safety.
